Need opinion on TM upgrade packages

hi, noob poster here. Need help and opinion from all otaimer here.

Im currently living in Mersing Johor, the best TM streamyx packages offer by TM is 1mbps, i have been applying to upgrade my packages to at least 2mbps but no avail for the past 2 years. They said they dont have the "infra" (i oso dont know what this infra means) to cater my application.

so im stuck with 1mbps speed and in todays internet speed its like living in stone age.

my question is this, is there anyway i can solve this problem, emailing to TM net KL tidak berhasil. Bakar TM point Mersing is currently in my mind rite now.

and there is no such thing as Maxis Home, Unipai lagilah jangan mimpi
