hamachi stucked at probing

hello guys, recently my hamachi is stucked at the probing status, which really annoys me and it lasts forever.
after several tries of on/off hamachi, enable/disable the hamachi network, it finally logins but shows a blocked sign "red dot" beside each username I have on my networks, after that, it would change to a yellow triangular sign board with an exclamation mark in it, when I mouse over it says network adapter error and asks me to click on the speech bubble, when I clicked on it, it tells me that "Network Adapter does not allow VPN peers or something like that, any help on this? the methods I found on the hamachi forum included restarting the hamachi tunneling engine from services.msc but that didn't work for me too.

hey, something from 7.06a.m. to 7.08a.m. I heard a loud airplane engine sound, I'm pretty sure it's not a rempit with a muffler, its exactly what an airplane turbine sounds like! Same occurance as the TTDI incidence. It sounded like it flew very low, then finally able to pickup the speed, I so sked I close my eyes! This ain't no joke mang. I live in the jalan kubah.
