need advice on DIY touching up/painting

hi everyone. i have just taken back my house from the tenant and there are several issues that i have to solve before putting the house back on the market again. as i have little experience in renovation/refurbishing, i would appreciate your help in providing advice on how to proceed with the issues.

wall
1) crack

how can i make good this part of the wall?

2) hairline crack

how can i make good this part of the wall as well? this is not the only hairline crack. i realise it happens mostly at the area near to the window.

3) peeling (not sure what the correct term is)

i suspect the peeling is because of constant exposure of rain on the outer wall. how can i make good this part?

4) stain

how can i remove the stain? i plan to repaint the area with a darker colour since it is a high traffic area. should i use back the developer's choice of paint (ie. SKK Acristar Fine) or is it ok to use another brand? is it necessary to apply sealer before painting?

5) uneven repaint job by tenant

a really obvious spot. also plan to repaint the area but with the same colour. do i have to scrap off the uneven part before repainting?

door
1) rotten door base

this is the toilet wooden door. what can i do to prevent the base from rotting further? is there some kind of coating i can use?

2) rusty frame

also from the same toilet. is there something that i can do to prevent the frame from getting rusty further?

once again, appreciate your help in these issues.

i am sooo desperate to make money lately. outside malaysia, country like the u.s the home business is a very popular issue. having reviewed so many websites about home business, i get tempted and i have signed myself up to several home business newsletters and i ended up getting various e-mails about the product they offer. apart from that, i am also receiving affliated newsletters which also provide home business oppurtnities. apparently, potential customer like us who really purchase their product e.g. Ultimate Wealth Package will need to set up a website which in turn the website will operate 24 hours and generate income for us. i cannot say i am hundered percent believe or into this matter, still i have some suspicions or distrust towards it. that is because mainly i still do not get the whole picture clearly about the whole idea behind this. rather than chewing over this indefinite, i hope someone will contribute some information about home business.

UTAR Entrepreneurship & TARC Int'l Business

I graduated from high school last year. I'm interested in Entrepreneurship and recognized UTAR as the only destination for me to learn this. The reason being, cost. Is there any student currently pursuing this subject mind to share opinions and feedbacks about this course? As it is a rather new conducted course am I correct?
I am also in the dilemma of choosing between Entrepreneurship and Int'l Business. If I go for Int'l Business mostly I'd ended up at TARC. From you people point of view, between these two course which one would you go for?

Calling all Social Science students, would anyone of you kindly lend a little favour to a lost junior such as myself?
I'd like to find out for Advanced Diploma in Psychology does TARC really offer top-up programme in Liverpool John Moores University? This is strange because I went to the Open Day and the lecturer told me yes BUT when I visited the Liverpool John Moores University website what I found is suprisingly no relevant course offered in psychology... The website list every courses they offer for Malaysian Summer Programme frankly I don't see courses related to psychology. Or maybe they just offer for other courses in the School of Social Science and Humanities but not including psychology?
I'm really in a mess now. Would students here please help me clarify this problem?
