Guys .. currently on VIP 10MBPS RM149.00 monthy (after GST RM158.00) and my contract with TM already finished..

Then TM called to offer upgrade to package 30MBPS by adding RM10 more so it will become RM159.00 monthly..

The curious part is that if I accept the offer, I ask about contract (Will my contract be renew again for 24 months). They answered the contract will not be RENEWED if and only if you accept offer through TM hotline 100.

If I refer to TM point then it is renew again for 24 months.

Legit or not ? Anyone has this experience..

EDIT : yup i know there's offer for RM139 30MBPS but that package will return to normal price after 24 months contract. The point is i want to confirm that THE CONTRACT. Is it RENEW OR NOT if i accept the offer. Something fishy meh .. That's why i'm asking for those who has accept the offer and check whether your contract renew or not .. Ayam poor just sewa rumah .. So nanti nak pindah2 rumah susah pulak .. huhu

Guyss, TM called for the offer :

Currently subscribe to Unifi 5 mbps RM149 + 6% GST = RM157.94

They offered me to upgrade to Unifi 10 mbps just add rm10 so the total will be RM159 + 6% GST = RM168.54

With the new #Bajet2017 about broadband upgrade, they said that i'll get free upgrade to 30 mbps with the same price RM168.54 in 2017 ..

Yay or Nay ?
