Hi all guru,

My car is a Toyota vios and having issue with the car door light keep coming on and off on my meter. I send to toyota dealer before and they check everything and the result is “wire tapping” that cause the issue. They cant do it since they said i have add on some accessories to the car. Please recommend a wireman specialist in KL area or kepong or sg buloh. This issue has been bothering me for months and i would like to get rid of it. Special thanks in advance.

Even with the door not close light on meter i am still able to alarm lock without any issue. Funny thing is this issue comes on and off sometimes, it can be on today and it will be off tomorrow or any hours and comes back again a few days. The irritating part is when driving and the issue is on the warning sounds. This issue been bugging me for months and i cant find a shop that could help me settle it. Below attached a video shows that the issue is on then suddenly it goes off. This is while my car stopping not moving. If i drive with that light on the warning sounds is crazy 🤣

Update : 28/4/25

Send to a wiring shop and found the issue. It was the back door wiring tear and contact with the car body that caused it. Thanks for everyones reply and suggestions. Appreciate all the help here
