I quite often eat out at numerous mamak restaurants and enjoy the food of such Malaysian cuisines. Happy moment for me and my friends, foreign inclusive.

BUT, it had been a nasty experience this morning when I went alone to take my breakfest at the 24 hours mamak restaurant just across the Puchong Batu 14 market place. I ordered a two pieces of roti telur onion to pack home. As I was handed the rotis, I paid at the counter. To my surprise, the 30+ mamak man told me to pay RM9.00! I had eaten the same food at this place several times, and the the price were only RM2.00 each.

I queried politely about the price, and I was given a very nasty answer " awak buat susah susah kah?" I suppose old man like me may sometimes be bullied and dare not ask for fairness. SO I just paid and left. I vow will never go to this "ABM ...........24 hour restaurant" again.

I am a retiree and spent certain portion of my life saving in equity market. And I always trade via internet, which should be lower in cost, right? Recently I discovered I have been over-charged all these years by the investment agent.

I understand the standard brokerage fee(not including stamp duty and clearing fee) is 0.45% But i just found out about a month ago they had charged me 0.6%. Bring up to them did not get me back all these years cheated money, although they adjusted the % to standard % now.

Then last week I again found out I have not been paid for amount of income from a sale I made in August. I called and complained and I was told the money would be deposited last Friday. This morning(Wednesday) I check account and still no payment to me. Calling the agent and I was told today only the deposit would be done.

In view of such unprofessional and dishonest acts, where shall I bring up my case to? Please let me have some advises.
