how should i remove a reply after i submitted in some topic?

dear forummer,

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO 'MY WORLD or GADGET WORLD' opposite viewnet beside shangri-la @low yat plaza.
Their DESPICABLE TACTIC : Quote me a low price and when i'm interested n decided to buy, they intro me to their filter n stuff..n when i finally decided tat i dunwan the other stuff, he said he's not going to sell me at that price anymore n give me a new more expensive price. He even curse when i question further.

is there any consumer group or channel tat i can go n report them?

Recently when i wan to watch any rmvb file ..it always show me that error..
i need to convert them into avi then only i can watch them..
it's really trouble me...
anyone can guide me?
