Why Choose Us?

1. We offer a very safe and secure place for you.
Our unit is located in a fully gated and guarded neighborhood, where you need to go through 2 guard houses to enter and frequent guard patrols. our unit is near the 2nd security guard house.

2. You will feel relaxed and experience peace in a serene environment.
The neighborhood is filled with mature trees and greenery all over, while our unit's garden has a variety of plants and flowers to admire.

3. We offer many facilities for your convenience and needs such as:

A. For exercise, we have 2 exercise machines inside the house. For outdoor lovers, you can always opt for a jog/slow-walk on the jogging track in the neighborhood

B. For leisure, there are 2 units of TV equipped with programs (from MiBox). At a small rental fee, we can also provide playing cards and a Mahjong set and Mahjong table. Details below.

C. For cooking needs, we provide a fully equipped kitchen which includes fridge, microwave, oven, electric stove, rice cooker, kettle and various utensils. There is even sugar, salt, pepper and cooking oil.

We also have a barbecue stove for rental. We highly recommend it as the perfect way to bond with friends and family and cook up a great meal.
Barbecue provisions such as charcoal, lighter, fire starter, skewers and tongs will be provided. Details below.

Optional Facility

Barbecue Stove & Related Provisions
- Rent our barbecue facility for RM100/day.
- Provisions such as charcoal, fire starter, lighter, skewers and tongs are will be provided according to number of days.

MahJong & Cards
- Play "Mah Jong" or card games with your friends and family. At a small fee of RM15/day, we will provide with a "MahJong" set, a "MahJong" table and 2 sets of playing cards.
- Maximum charge is capped at RM75 (5 days or more, rental still RM75)
- A deposit of RM250 is required and is refunded upon return of items in proper condition.

Comparison to a Hotel

- We offer much lower room rates. Decent hotels in Subang Jaya are priced at about RM400/room per night on average. Each of our rooms are RM133 (weekdays) and RM150 (weekends), roughly the price of a room at a budget hotel in Subang Jaya.

- We have facilities such as washing machine, a place to dry clothes, barbecue stove, fully equipped kitchen, a family hall, a garden terrace and more, which hotels do not provide

- Our environment encourages more bonding and spending time with loved ones and close friends. You could have a barbecue party with friends and enjoy it together at our garden terrace which sits 14 people or simply hang out together in the living hall and have a chat. Last but not least, our dining table can fit 12 people.

To get around, cabs can easily be arranged using Grab or Uber service.

Travel by commuter train and LRT

- There is a KTM commuter train station at SS16 located behind Subang Parade mall. A cab would get you there in less than 10 minutes.

- There are 2 nearby LRT stations in Subang Jaya, namely in SS 18 and USJ 21 (near Main Place) area. Both location are about 10 minutes away by car.

- We recommend you to use train or LRT to go KL city center, especially during peak traffic hours, mainly on Monday to Friday, in the mornings 7 am - 9 am and evenings 5 pm - 8 pm.
