Graphic Card :3060 TI (please recommend)
Power Supply: 650watt
Casing: ZS A4 V2 "7.5L (ordered from Taobao) + 2x 2.5 inch (SSD or HDD)

Hi Guys,

I just purchased Xbox x/s controller to play COD mobile on my IPAD Air 4 with IOS 14.3.
Xbox controller able to pair with my ipad however, when i go to COD mobile setting and try to connect the xbox controller but failed.
Message"Please pair your controller with your device via bluetooth"

What i did so far:
1.unpair xbox controller and pair again with ipad
2.Reinstalled COD mobile on Ipad
3.Upgraded Xbox controller to the latest firmware
4. Tried PUBG but failed as well

I tried the Xbox controller on my android phone without any problem.

Anyone facing this problem and manage to solve it, please kindly advise. Thanks

My last ipad was ipad 2 that i got it from lucky draw and it sit in my shelf after few months of usage.
Thinking of getting an IPAD air 4 2020. Before taking the dive, would like to hear from /K what you all use your IPAD for except Netflix and movie.
What kind of productivity you can get from it and whether it can replace laptop. Thanks in advance

i'm using rig as below for video editing on my kids activity/family holiday video. Smooth on editing 1080p but not 4k video. 4K video editing, the frame not moving at all.

Do you think there still life left in my processor (4C/8T) ?
Should i just upgrade the ram (2x 8GB 1600MHZ -max due to MB limitation ) and GPU (GTX 2060 8gb )?

Tenant only pay maintenance fees skipped rental

My tenant is using my condo as SOHO. They business nature is dealing with gov school. I never ask further about their business model.

Since May, they asking to pay for condo maintenance only as their business stopped due to MCO/CMCO/RMCO and no cash flow to pay for rental.

Long story short, finally we agreed on 50% discount for May.The payment (50%) which is not much since 25% already gone to condo maintenance.

For June, they dont even bother to discuss but take it as default and pay 50% of the rental. When i whatsapp them and offer them to pay 50% rental for june and the remaining 50% can be converted to installment when their business catch up. They just abruptly said that they only afford to pay 50% or they will give 1 month notice and move out.

Tenant keep mentioning that due to bank Moratorium, we dont have to pay housing loan till sept. When ask if they can pay full rental start sept, they replied that they not sure.

Shld i find new tenant within these 3 months period before bank moratorium over or take a chance on them ..... FYI, TS kena paycut also, might kena cut further next month.....worry about condo repayment after bank Moratorium over.

Please give ur advice.TQ

Did you all encounter unknown recurring charge to your CC monthly?

Last month n this month, i received " Amazon Prime Amzn.com/billUS with RM54.88" in my CC statement.

I checked through my Amazon and Prime account (both pc and hand phone), there is no active subscription as i afraid i might subscribe free trial and forget to cancel it.

Any sifu can share some guideline where else to check or my CC being misused? thanks.

My Surface Pro Type Cover is not responding, not detected by my surface pro 3. I done shutdown, reset win10, clean the connector with alcohol wipe and almost all the tricks. Tested my keyboard on others Surface pro and it's working.

Any others tips that i missed out?
Where can i send it to check others than MS KLCC?
