Details of the complaint : Sold me a figure which was missing some accessories, and also had a bad paint job. Suspect that maybe the figure could be bootleg...

COD with seller today at coffee bean in midvalley at 12 pm..

Upon arrival, she said that she was busy and needed to leave as soon as possible. She also said that if there's any problem, I can feel free to contact her. Thinking that perhaps she have someone waiting outside in a car, I accepted the figure (BIB) and paid her the money (RM90).

I only checked the item once I reached home. Upon seeing the poor paint job and missing accessory (the chain), I contacted her to clarify the situation. She said that the figure was that way the moment she opened it (suppose to be a present from her bro when he was in hong kong).

I have beforehand did some research on the product and know that it is impossible for it to have such a poor paint job and only 1 chain (suppose to be 2)...so I immediately asked for a refund (I had a suspicion that the figure could be a bootleg). She gave me excuses that the poor paint job is normal, and that I cannot get a refund.

I have tried messaging her on her mobile and also PM on lyn, but she always come up with excuses. I even showed her an official picture of the BRS and ask her to compare them. But, she said, I quote: "arhhh..i read n check d...cauz the pic u show me is a official pic..is perfect...
but i check again between tat also same colour...the official pic got use those light to take a pic..so the colour might be different ya... =) don worry...is same colour for tat silver colour u mention... thx//"

But I'm not as blind as to not notice the difference between them, there were not only discrepancy in colour, but also smudges.

Seeing that msgs and pm don't work, I attempted to call her, only to be answered by a guy named edison, who told me I had the wrong number.

I then receive a reply from a trusty seller here on lyn that bootleg BRS have a dvd sticker that has been scratched with a marker (which the figure she sold me has).

So, I messaged her one more time telling her about the bootleg figure she sold me and asking her to name a time and place for the refund. Till now, she has not replied anymore of my messages and I'm unable to reach her on her mobile.

As for pictures, I only have a lousy phone...can only get a clear picture of the DVD sticker

And the bad paint jobs explained using the original figma picture from GSC

1. The star on the figure overlaps the ZIP
2. The silver on the belt buckle has faded to grey
3. The zip is black in colour and have one smudges around the boot flaps
4. Have white smudges on the boots flaps

I hope I can get a clarification on the situation. Even though its just RM90.
