            <description>i had a chance to review this property recently. I had tried to search online recently , but not much information is available. i take this opportunity to share my view on this property.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;firstly this is obviously a overpriced property in a wrong location.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This condo is selling at rm650 psf.. at SELAYANG&amp;#33;&amp;#33;&amp;#33;&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;for this price the condo l should have an  extraordinary finishing and facility.. but i can said its not worth the money&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;firstly the company should fire the architect who design the condo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;once u step in to the lift.. the lift is not as nice as u think. The speed also not as fast as u think...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;once u come out the lift and the agent want to show u the unit&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;surprisingly the main door was very small ...i guess u will have difficulty to move in yr furniture.the door is same size like the door of a room in a landed house.&lt;br /&gt;U should expect the door is bigger and with better quality. the DOOR should be bigger because this is the main entrance. i guess the developer might want to save cost and save on the DOOR.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;due to the design, u cant keep your shoe outside the main door, coz normally there will be a place for u to keep yr shoe before u open the door to enter the house&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;the kitchen was relatively small. and the hood was also not connected . so the suction will be a problem if u cooked. the induction cooker also are very small with 1 single induction for cooking. So if u plan to buy, u will need to redesign the kitchen...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;other than that , there is no place for u to do the laundry... no place to put the washing machine. U will have difficulty looking for water inlet to yr washing machine, and water outlet for drainage after washing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;the power suction in the toilet was not up to the par. light was also not that bright...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;the stair case is also not child friendly..and very slipery&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;other than that, the quality of the sliding door also not up to the standard.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;the developer also only give u 1 free car park , mean that if u want a 2nd car park u need to pay extra &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;the only good thing i see was the developer are giving 2 free aircon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;at short , this property are not worth the money , looking at the hefty price tag by the developer</description>

            <title>need advice, non bumi buy bumi lot</title>

            <description>hi guys, will u be able to help me?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; i have purchase a landed property from a developer last year on 05/2013&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;during the whole process , i was not informed that my unit is bumi lot&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i have paid 12 % deposit on 07/2013&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;as well as i have signed s &amp;amp; p with the developer and my s &amp;amp; p had been stamped for stamp duty on 07/2013&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;my lawyer also never informed me about bumi lot and my s &amp;amp; p is very simple.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i was happily paid all the legal fee and stamp duty for both s &amp;amp;p legal fee and loan agreement fee on 07/2013&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;the developer promised me that he will give me the key for my house before chinese new year&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;HOWEVER, i just found out that my unit is bumi lot and awaiting approval from the menteri besar(MB) as my loan was not release from the bank as the developer stilll unable to change the land title&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i have a few important question&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. what will be the implication for me , if the developer unable to change the land title? ( i had signed the s &amp;amp; p)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. in the future if  i wanted to sell the house, as the title is bumi lot, will there be any problem for me?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. i was told the that land title is free hold, if it is a free hold why still need to ask for approval from MB?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. will this problem drag on for years ?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5 any sifu can help me on this?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thanks in advance&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>

            <description>hi, need some help&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i have a house under majlis perbandaran sepang&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;and this year , they sent a letter to me informing me the land assessment fee increase my a whooping 1000 %&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;from rm 53.20 to rm 502.74..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;how can i complaint?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;do i need to go through MP?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;its really too much</description>
