1. Reservation has to be made 30 days in advance. Last minute inquiry will not be entertained.
2. Subject to room availability.
3. Prices above are for one (1) night stay, applicable for standard room/villa, upgrade is subject to availablility, inclusive of tax and service charges. Inclusive of breakfast for two (2) person.
4. The offer is valid until 31 December 2016. Reservation has to be made on or before 30 November 2016 (30 days advance booking).
5. 50% deposit has to be paid upon successful reservation, and the remaining to be paid within three (3) days from the date of stay.
6. Upon arrival, you and your partner(s) may be invited to attend a 120min sales presentation by Anantara Vacation club. However attendance is at your sole discretion and you are not obliged to attend if you do not want to.

Background:
I had joined a timeshare resort exchange programme (something like RCI) that entitles me to ten (10) nights stay at Anantara chain of resorts in year 2016. However with the arrival of my newborn, I will not be able to travel in the next 12 months, hence willing to let go at a huge discount (Kindly do comparison via hotel booking sites ie Agoda, Expedia or the official Anantara website). The abovementioned entitlements are fully transferrable and can be utilised during peak period.
