Responsibilities:

Responding to customer’s inquiries and incidents reporting according to SLA

Create incident / service request tickets in the ticketing system for further processing

Monitor the processing status of customer’s requests / incidents

Forwarding of customer’s requests to the responsible teams

Providing customer regularly status reports (for example troubleshooting or handling process)

Customer’s system monitoring

Standard SAP Basis Administration (System check, monthly reporting)

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

Fresh graduate or 1 year of working experience in IT, Information Technology

Possess good communication skills (written and verbal)

Able to adapt to a process-oriented environment with multiple regions

Willing to learn and be dynamic to new challenges, in line with organization’s expansion plans

Team player and fast learner

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

Hi kind hearted experts and sifus here,

I just got blue screen when playing game, and after i restart i tried to google the reason coz im a noobie in IT-related stuff..and found that
the windows usually save a dmp file jz before the crash so that we can analyze more of the reasons behind it.
however i dunno how to open the dmp file and also how to analyze it, any sifus here kind enuff to help me debug and analyze this?
