according to robert kiyosaki, the world economic will crash on 2016 and major effect on real estate industry. so is this the last 2 years for flippers until recover around 2020? assuming project started in 2012 and 2013 and 3 years for project to finish especially condos.. please comments or leave your views..

after few research.. few prop i feel got long term prospect or feel good..

1. bayu residence. 250k
2. kajang sentral residence 370k
3. serin residency (even at 700k for 2000sqft)
4. amara residence 270k
5. atmosphera 450k

is long term.. not for flip..

another recession coming up soon? maybe big one?
