SO, Im working in this company since Jan. and things doesnt seem to be going my side, BUT I am comfortable with the job. Salary isnt enough tho and I have asked my boss to give me a raise, but he says he'll consider it. But i dont think ill be getting it. Im a graphic designer working as a business development manager cum graphic post production. Just a fancy title. and oh I dont get commission so its just basic + allowance . The upside of this job is i get a lot of free time. No fixed working hours and mon-fri only.

Recently, I had an offer in a another company to tryout for 3 months. With the same pay for first 3 months and I will be given commission (around 2-3%). Basically doing about the same thing in the previous company just with more salesman job. But to achieve the commission, Ill need to reach a certain target. What im worried is, what if i dont reach the target after 3 months and they 'fire' me. Also this company works Friday-Sat. Ill lose my benefit of free time. But I do see myself succeeding in this job. (just dreaming maybe). And i do have confidence I cant bring in sales for the company.

What do you older and more experience people think? Should i stay and hope things get better? Should i move on and take the risk? Im consider still fresh in the market and young. Also, should i ask for more salary for my 3 months probation ? THanks guys

Everything works except for the webcam. It is not detected. I cant even install the driver. Whats the problem?

So i basically gonna set up component + woofer.

my ice guy ask me pump the amp all into woofer.. but then i said i wanted it to go to the speakers as well.. he told me the bass wont be that nice.. and i dont have budget for 2 amps now.. i dont really mind woofer less power but can someone tell me the difference??

Hi guys im looking to buy my first car and my choices is a Saga Flx or 1.3 Myvi

Saga FLX Exe CVT Solid Price =RM 47,554 - RM 1000 discount = 46,554. Loan 9 years interest 3.20% p.a

TOTAL COST FOR A MONTH w/o downpayment = RM 555.20/mth

Myvi 1.3 EZi Auto Solid Price = RM 51,946 - RM 800 discount - RM 46.30 d.p = 51,100. Loan 9 yrs, interest 2.90% p.a

TOTAL COST FOR A MONTH = RM 597.00/mth

My question is, why proton interest rate so high?? ANYONE KNOWS BANK THAT CAN OFFER LOWER??
