Hi There,

I am considering a senior executive position here to an MNC internet company in Bangkok. Going for an interview next week, before I attend the interview. I would like to ask all sifus here who has experience working overseas/relocation.

What are the things I should look out for? ( Relocation allowance, visa applications, air flight homes & etc)

Also for salary package, how much % can I ask for? My current role pays out commission but for the upcoming position in Bangkok, it will not have a commission so how do I go about when it comes to salary. Do i ask increment % base on my annual income or my monthly basic salary?

My item was received in a very bad condition. If you wish to buy from her, think twice, cause she will not refund or exchange the item for you. She claims that other buyers has good history about her transaction. If yes, why is my item received in this way? Isn`t it unfair?
