Sometimes once in 3 tries, only the fan turns on. Even if the hard disk is turned on, there&#39;s no visual in my monitor. There&#39;s no beeping sound but it&#39;s been like that for like 3 years. Using DVD drive (problems with this too).<br /><br />MY SISTER&#39;S PC<br />Her pc wont start either. But i do get the beeping sound not once but thrice..four times including the first one. No visual also on the monitor also.<br /><br />What i did before i get these things...i borrow her CD player &amp; put it into my pc. Then when i tried turning her pc after putting back the CD player, i get the beeping sound.<br /><br />Is there anything i can do before sending them to the shop for repairs?
