I'm going to continue my study at tarc,....most probably all of them are Chinese,and i think i can't improve my English there... and is there any way to improve my English?

hi there...i'm new here..

i am seeking for e-commerce and marketing course....according to my research the only college offer the course are tarc...and it is a diploma course...and some of my friend told me that we have to foundation --> degree (save $ save time) ....they told me diploma --> degree (waste $ waste time)...correct me if i'm wrong,i dont have all this "knowledge'.....and what is advance diploma?is it same like degree?
