hye, i got an offer from IWK at HQ, Jalan Dungun, Damansara.

I already sign the appointment letter and should report for duty on 2 September 2014.

My current company not accept my resignation. my salary at current company just RM500 more than IWK, but the benefits offered by IWK attract me and thats the reason why i want left to the co.

Now, the problem is IWK is far from my house and the parking fees also expensive. i have to think about the petrol cost and parking and also stress while stuck in heavy traffic.

my current co. only 5km from my house, parking is free. and also the salary more than IWK.

i'm in dilllema now, whether i should report my duty at IWK or NOT. Since i already sign the appointment letter, can they take action to me if i refuse to work at IWK?

Please give some advise.
