WTA selling car to UK

Guys, I recently post a car sales ad, via mudah.com. and soon received emails from a potential buyer (maybe..) from the uk asking about the car, lucky i thought. but things turned fishy (well at least to me) when the only question he asked was if the car was in good condition before he made a direct payment to me via paypal, without bargain that is, with an excess of RM2600 for me to pay for the shipping company.

paypal has sent me emails confirming that the payment has been debited from the buyer's account, but has to hold the payment for the time being, as they want me to pay for the shipping company (Courier Exchange Uk) first. so right now, before i actually received any money, i am being asked to pay RM2600 to the shipping company.. i mean, is this normal?

my questions are, i am only selling a proton car, with that amount of money, he could have gotten a brand new one in the uk, why would he go through all the hassle? why wont he pay for the shipping company himself? has anyone has similar experience i can refer to please? or any experience on selling a used car before please? i need advice on JPJ issues too.
