Workout in noon is better than morning? agree?

I am used to go gym in the evening after work during weekday. When come to weekend, I will go gym in the morning around 9am. However, I felt like I cannot perform as good as in the noon. Do you ever encounter this?

The other issue is, workout in the morning, I can go half way only. I feel least energy after half of my training. Any solution?

Beware: Scammed Email of iTunes purchase

Guys, I received an email (refer attachment) from Apple saying that I purchase five iTunes gift card via my credit card. I was given 24 hours to cancel the purchase by providing them my detail.

I guess this is a scam. I changed my password when I found there was a hack of our itunes id and password. I think this is the reason they try to get our detail again.

Hi, I open this thread to inquire about the cost of birth delivery in Penang state, private hospital.

I am currently stay in Nibong Tebal, I was thinking to look for private hospital for my wife to delivery baby.

Can anyone here advise me should I go for island hospital or mainland? with estimate cost if you have will very much appreciated.
