[WTA] FPS Drops after uograding GPU

HAi...just wants to ask for solution...
I was using Evga gtx 570 SC and upgraded to ASUS GTX580 DCii...
the problem is when i was using EVGA gtx 570 sc i can play Heroes OF Newarath with ultra settings with 65-70 stable FPS...
But After the upgrade im having sudden FPS drop that makes the game unplayable...

I have reinstalled the Drivers.... Delete all the old drivers using driver sweeper... but still same.
Should i Reformat my computer to solve this problem?
I'm really confused supposely the game should be far more better with the ASUS

Anyone using EVGA GTX570 SC card plz assist me...
What PSU ur using for this card....coz my Silverstone 560watt cant support it
Currently using 2 PSU to support my CPU
1 old one for HDD MOBO AND PROC
And The Silverstone SST-ST56F to power my GPU...
after using two PSU im able to play any games without auto restart which occur while using single PSU
But while using 2 PSU i tried to RUN stress Test using FURMARK....The computer still restarts...

Help me to identify if my PSU 12V rails has not enough current to run this GPU.. OR this GPU is Faulty

Plzzz sifu ...im asking this because im planning to change a new PSU....so if u guys can assist me to confirm that
my PSU has not enough juice to support this GPU then im going to change to a new one...so suggest me which/how much power that i need to buy...

My PC specs

Mobo = Gigabyte h55m-USB3
Proc = i5 - 650
Ram = Kingston HyperX 4x2G 1600 Mhz
HDD = WD caviar Green
GPu = EVGA Gtx 570 Sc

Pc keeps restarting while gaming

Guys im having a problem after installing EVGA GTX570 Sc which i just bought....
after using this gpu my pc keeps restarting while gaming...i have tested by my rams for problems...ram slots...
im using silverstone SST-ST56F (560Watts)
Before changing this GPU i was using Palit GTX 260 and changed to Gigabyte HD5870...while using these 2 GPU i haven't
had this problems....
My question is...Do my PSU support this GPU? (i look up for minimum PSU for this GPU is 550Watts)
Or do i need to consider something else?
In terms of temperature is stable...no fluctuation before restarting...

My troubleshooting methods
1. Dismantled all components and plug in back properly (Fail)
2. Test the rams by using one ram each time for all 4 slots (Fail)
3. Reformat the CPU 2 times...(Windoes 8.1 and Windows 7 Professional) (Fail)

Can any one help me..?? IF the GPU is the problem then i need to refund from the seller....
