Iphone 4 ios 5.1.1 restore error

I have a jailbroken iphone 4 ios 5.1.1...Yesterday i tried to make a clean ios 5.1.1 restore using redsnow..during the restore process, i got error 2601 and my phone stuck at restore apple logo with loading bar...i press home+power button to turn it off and turn it on back and stuck at connect to itunes logo...

Trying to restore it again using redsnow but cant coz can't enter dfu mode from recovery mode..during the process,it will end up at the connect to itunes logo..

then i try ireb to put it into soft dfu mode..try to restore the phone using itunes but always get error 21, 3194, 1600, 1601 and 1601...try to restore with redsnow but can't enter dfu mode from soft dfu mode..try to restore with ios 6.1.3 but still can't..

can someone help me to resolve this...it makes me so annoying with this restore process..tq

How much the cost for repairing a problem psu?i have cm gx 550w..

can power leakage harm the computer.

i had one problem...my wall outlet is not stable as its sometimes had a power leakage and i test it using the test pen..when i turn my pc, there will be electric leakage around my case...when i try to play games,for 5-10 minutes my pc will shutdown by itself..does my pc shutdown by itself because of the power leakage?or maybe my psu had broke down?can this harm my pc...the weird things is that, my pc is the only one which had got this problem as compare to my friend's pc...what should i do?
