Illegal practice by Maxis?

Maxis automatically upgraded my plan without my consent/permission. They said when I purchased an add-on, they automatically upgraded my plan. Does it even make sense? If an add-on was purchased, it's an add-on, not an upgrade. To make matter worse, I don't even remember purchasing it actually... as I clearly remember I only overused my data but didn't purchase the add-on.

The customer service rep over the phone was trying hard to avoid my inquiries regarding their illegal practice.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue? I'm definitely filing a consumer complaint with the KPDNHEP.

At first, I couldn't send messages.(pretty sure the wifi is on and strong)

Was being offered from RM 15 to RM30 (wholesale price) for branded t-shirts like puma, lacoste, nike, levis and hugo boss

Was told that it will be imported from Sri Lanka ..

Is it possible for sale at that range of price ?

First of all, I'm asking on behalf of my friend, STPM leaver.

Aim - To work in foreign country (Eg Singapore)

Let's say she get her first choice which is Biomedical Ccience in University Putra Malaysia
and there are 2 private U for her to choose as well
1. Monash
- Can go to Australia in her second year
2. Inti
- 3rd year go to University of Queensland

Inti is not really preferred as it's much expensive but still, if it's better, then she will choose it.
