RGPT for small Land in Kedah

I inherited a piece of small land from my grandfather 30 years++ ago in Kedah.
Now, i plan to sell it off. I have no idea how much my grandfather bought and the amount of money he spend to build a house on that land.
In this case, can anyone advice how much will i need to pay for RGPT?

Oppss.. forgotten, i sold the land for 500K (excluded broker fees of 5K)

Hi There,
I recently purchase Xiaomi Mi Router 4A Gigabit from China and when i try tp replace my useless "Maxis default router", it doesn't work.

Anybody have experience using above Mi model ? Can help ?

The worst case, just use as AP...
