(root of sdcard means any where in the sdcard, and NOT into any folder).<br /><br />3) Flash with ODIN the CWM v.0.6 tar.<br />b) During the flashing, CWM will boot up. From the CWM menu, select &gt; wipe data/factory reset.<br />c) select &gt; install zip from zip sdcard ----&#62; and select the CM v.1.7.2 first and install. After completed installation, select Hotfix1 and install and then Google Apps and install. (Must be in this order).<br />d) Wipe data/factory reset ; Wipe dalvik cache ; Wipe Battery Stats.<br />c) Reboot.<br /><br />4) This is part is require if you want to partition your sdcard :<br />a) Boot up CWM : press off button &gt; reboot &gt; recovery ---&#62;&gt;&gt; CWM will boot up (if not, press &gt; volume up button + off button for approx. 8 - 10 secs - don&#39;t worry, this is normal).<br />b) select &gt; advance &gt; partition sd card ----&#62;&gt; select the size for your partition and the 2nd selection is for swap partition, select 0 (zero)<br />c) reboot<br /><br />5) Install S2E from Market.<br />a) Open S2E, click the Menu key -&gt; Settings. Enable &quot;Mount as ext4&quot; (mandatory). Do not select &quot;Set read buffer&quot;, as the default value of 2MB will cause extreme lag on our phone. <br />b) Close the app and reboot.<br />c) Open S2E again, select the folders you wish to place on the SD card. Select also the &quot;Download cache&quot;.<br />d) Changes will take effect on the next reboot. Note: your dalvik cache will be rebuilt, so this reboot will be slower than usual.<br /><br />DONE&#33;<br /><br />1) ***Latest Google Apps package: Google Apps (20110828) - Not all the google apps are available in this minimal package.<br />b) If you require more google apps, go to <a href='http://android.modaco.com/topic/335141-addoncm7-updated-more-google-apps-2011-08-15/' target='_blank'>Android@Modaco</a><br />Select option 1b and install each app individually.<br /><br />2) Each time you update to a newer ROM version, you have to install the three files in sequence/order, i.e. <br />a) ROM v.xxxx, b) hotfix-x (if any) and c) Google Apps.
