pc goes to power save mode just before windows log

i have no idea what going on . need your help sifu's

last night i was on youtube , the next thing is my pc crash . no blue screen , no nothing . just crash
so i just reboot it . once the windows logo dissapears ( going to login screen )
my monitor went blank and it says power safe mode . but then i fill in the password and it start normal but still monitor goes blank

so i went to safe mode and do recovery several times and keep getting this issue .
any idea whats going here ?

i5 2.5k oc-ed to 3.7
gfx 560 ti top .
8gb ram .
dell u23hm ips

defrag done , HDD no problem

unstable connection when 2 users using wifi at the same time .

first i use ipad to connect to the internet using this modem . result = no connection
then i use laptop to connect and there no internet .

so what i did is called the service centre and they told my need to upgrde new firmware . so i did it . and yet the problem is still there
has anyone overcome this problem ?

somehow i manage to get internet with only using 1 user using the wifi . when 2 user uses the modem . no connection dy
it seems like ip conflict . how do i change the ip in ipad ? or laptop ? so that there will be stable connection ? haihhhh need help
