I booked a flight for parents back in February, when MCO started in March, I asked for the money to be refunded through their bot AVA. Now it's been more than 17 weeks (Tony promised refund within 12-16 weeks).

Bank has been calling me to clear the CC payment, but I kept refusing to do so. Once I got fed up, I filed a complaint in MAVCOM because AirAsia support is basically non existence (only chatbot, no email or phone that I can contact whatsoever). Few days later, they contacted me but kept spewing bullshit.
