[WTB] New laptop

Hi guys, I plan to buy a new laptop. The price range between 2k - 2.1k. Any brand will do but prefer ASUS or Lenovo.
At least i5, 4G ram, 1TB HD, graphics card (prefer Nvidia), better to have 15.6'' screen, prefer free DOS.
Last most important is to have monthly installment(24mth or 36 mth), any shop recommended?

I just subscribe for streamyx BB deal 4Mpbs and decided to buy a new ADSL2+ modem router. I need the modem router has the features that can control/limit the download speed of each computer on the network.
Any recommend?

Problem details
First occurence of problem: start from the day I subscribe
Problem frequency: almost everytime
Problem description:
I subscribe for streamyx 4Mbps package. but i test my speed only maximum has 2Mbps. I call for TM technician and they came to my house and check the problem. However nothing can do for the speed. The DSL rate is 5120 kbps / 508 kbps. However when I test my speed, only get 2Mbps. And the router always restart itself. Can't share files through wireless too. Once share the router restart.
Please help. Thanx.
