mx406 head unit

hi,

i own a Mcintosh mx406 and from the specs its written it has digital input for cd changer. anyone knows which is the digital input channel plug behind the head unit? i saw 1 big round black plug and one smaller grey ones behind the HU. no idea what kinda female plug are they. thinking of getting a digital media player with digital output to feed the head unit. no idea if this is possible, hopefully thers someone who knows could help me out here

finding component set

been trying to build up a list of models that i can select from to pair with my amp...seems quite hard due to my limited knowledge on techi stuff...
current amp is phd that provides 75w x 2
budget under rm 3k

any suggestion on component model would be appreciated...somehow i found the amp is underpowered when i refer to most component specification data like herts n focal

hopefully i can get few model suggestion along with estimated price to pick from. thanks in advance.
