Mitsubishi Attrage

Hi guys, i have a problem with my Mitsubishi Attrage (sedan).
I had sent my car to the Mitsubishi workshop & been told that my Oxigen 2 (O2) sensors are spoilt and need repair.
My question are can we avoid in changing this? Any bad effect if did not change? Because been told got 2 O2 sensor.. 1 is under the brake & another is at the exhaust pipe. & been told that if no change will caused more fuel consumption & also maybe breakdown. Is it so serious can breakdown? The cost of changing is around RM3000 for both.

Any substitute? like any mitsubishi spare parts or 2nd spare parts can get cheaper? If i bought from Lazada or from China can suit for my car?

The O2 sensor is it looks like the image i attached?

Or any good mechanic can recommend?

Hello, what do you think? Any effect on the commercial property price? Will they remain at the price before ( includive gst price). or they will lower down according to the price before gst?

If they lower down the price, is it the time we to buy 1 if affordable.

What about the rebate they previously given? Maybe they take off the rebate? but give you 0% gst?

Do you think is it possible to do start a homestay (Airbnb or homeaway) in Kuchai Lama area? What is in my mind is what's have in Kuchai? No big shopping Mall, No hospital, No LRT. but crowded offcos & with banks.

Hi guys good morning, i just bought a new Zenfon 3 but unfortunately after 3 weeks the phone fall into water & not can not even on the phone. I went to the shop i bought he said the phone is on but maybe the LED screen spoilt & need to change it.

But if i go Asus centre they might be know the phone situation & will charge me for the replacement. Additionally the replacement might not guarantee the phone in good condition after few months later right?

So my question is any other way can save the phone?

If not why she go out with me for drinks (Beer).
