Legal advice needed on reporting forex scammers

Hi, I was the victim of a forex trading scheme operated by Mutual Element Sdn Bhd(www.mutualelement.com). I worked as intern there in 2009 Dec with some other fresh graduates. All of us invested at least 10k usd in this firm and ended up with almost nothing in the end. ..

I did a background check on this Mutual element and apparently it was closely related to other firms with bad reputation and dodgy management such as Plenitude sunrise, mega anthem, and currently two are still in business namely Eden elite and Active mode. Though we could not recoup our capital , but definitely we can do something about it and are thinking of reporting it to SC or Bank negara so that the remaining scams cant continue its dirty job to cheat hard-earned money.

We are wondering would we be charged with offences for participating in these schemes though we were victims?? We really want to alert the authorities about it coz their business is getting bigger instead of abating.
