my bb keeps deducting credit

hye all.

i am bold 9700 user and currently i use celcom prepaid.
normally, i subscribed BIS rm1/day (just for social networking)
fyi, there are 3 type of BIS for celcom prepaid.
1) BIS rm 0.50/ day (BBM only)
2) BIS rm1/day (social networking;fb,ym,bbm,etc.)
3) BIS rm2.50/day (all internet service-surf the net, check emails, download lagu, download applications )
i used to subscribe BIS rm 2.50/day few times.
the thing is, when i subscribe BIS rm1/day , my credit keeps running like hell!
sometimes, when my credit balance is rm10, then i check it few hours later, it dropped more than rm5 !
i was like, WTH?
so, every time i didnt bbm-ing, fb-ing or other social networkings, i need to OFF the data service. and it works.
but its like a fussy thing to on and off data service again and again just to avoid deduction of credit.
fyi, i've called celcom center and the customer service worker says that i used to subscribe rm2.50 BIS before, so even though i subscribing rm0.50/day or rm1.00/day, my credit still running
WTH right?
if so, why dont they gimme no option for BIS plan? i mean, there are no option except u need to subscribe rm2.50/day right?

erm, this actually happen right after i change the OS 5 to OS 6.
i dont know if this new OS related to this WTF-credit deduction.
should i revert OS 6 to OS 5??
