Phone package? Postpaid? Or...?

How much or how shall I charge if I help people finding sales / deals to them:

1. Via a fixed-rate of package / plans monthly?
means they buy my monthly plans with contract tied-up

2. Via a profit-sharing based?
eg. item sell RM20 I get RM10

Between, I'm just wondering how usually people willing to pay for the service?
Per deal kah or total sales within that month I get to them?

Hi all,

Good day.
Is being an Airbnb host really worth it?
I just make a quick match breakdown.
eg. a private room, one night RM98
Airbnb service charge RM13.62 (got this data from a room listed there)
From past months booking record via calendar
(cuz from what I seen, if the date with cross sign means get booked (am I right?)
otherwise, the date without sign means nobody booked.
So based on a past month's record,
25 days get booked.
So means RM2109.50 after deduction of Airbnb charge.
But how about cleaning fee?
Impossible the host self-cleaning or ask his family members come and do for free rite?
So after rough deduct, I think shall deduct another 50% from the nett earning.
So the final earning shall be RM1k smth lo, rite?
Unless if the host has 6 properties then x6,
otherwise RM1k smth nett earn, I dun think this is profitable ba?
If list on other sites besides Airbnb doesn't make sense too.

Nope, I'm just curious why so many doing it and still invest much money on the renovation + setting up with luxury sofa furniture etc.

hi all, jz a small sharing of my recent bad experience.
i'm doing freelance w a foreign company.
every month i receive an agreed pay amount, eg. 200
then they wil self-deduct fr their side without care i accept or not to, means 200-28.67
then they use paypal.
paypal is, receiver wil get deducted another processing fee
so means even less amount
in b&w doc they didn't mention
only mention method is paypal
when asked, they said they follow b&w
every month kena deduct total 120 smth..
crazy..
thn whn terminate my service hor..
usually follow rule lar i knew..
means pro-rated smth
but usually most companies wil pay u full even not serve full month or the 14 days rite
thn they still deduct instead of pay me full

Asked to invest RM100k

Hi everyone,

Just a usual chat and as a side sharing only.
Recently, my wife faces an issue where his brother needs him to think and to decide soonest on:

1. Invest RM100k to get the 10% shareholder on his brother business
2. Quit her current job and to 'help' her brother on his business

Type of business: retail, means buy stock and sell to wholesaler, supermarkets..
What he wants: ask the wife and his little brother invest RM100k each and join him.
His way to invite is: to create a family business and to help some family business to build and to get stronger of their capital every month and to quit their job

What I've seen so far:

1. Ridiculous. Very ridiculous. Macamx2 orang.
2. Said wanna help family members, padahal use his own method to ask for some investment from his family to built even stronger of his sales territory and to buy more product stocks
3. A businessman won't really need help in that way, or to be said won't 'help' people in that manner. The right way to help is to offer a work position, start from the basics and grow from there.
4. Why people need your help? And now, my wife can't really decide and always thinking. When I gave an opinion, I kena scold.
5. If you wanna help people right, never ask for capital, because you knew, both of them will ask investment from their father and father said he can support, not to worry about the money matter.

Die lo.
Why when people already have a job, although not too high salary still want to affect people ler?
This is so-called the cruel world.
I just don't want to get involved, but my plan is I will soft-advise my wife later before her brother asks for face2face meeting.
Now her brother asked her father to represent him and to tell them the inviting matter.

Assuming if a ppl oredi reach a savings milestone of RM500k,
what can he choose to do?
I understands that there's no sure win sure earn or cepat kaya kinda investment,
but what kinds of investment can best choose to play the role in and get earn?
I mean sustainable one.

1. Invest and earn from a property?
2. Put money in FD and earn the interest rate every 6 months, and to move the savings to better rates' banks every 6 months?
3. As a sleeping partner / investor to an online startup?
4. Share trading?
5. Bitcoin?
6. Invest in a self-running biznes and hire workers?
6. Others?

How to earn from a property?

Hi everyone,

Good day.
Keen to get some opinion from you.
Although my financial still not there but just ask in advance.
It's good for my knowledge too.
Assuming I buy a property at the price of RM500k:

1. Do you think it's better I rent it monthly or resell it at higher price?
Remark: will not renovate it

2. If rent, I think just can earn btwn 2.5k - 4.5k monthly only right?
Seems not much but still not a bad income amount.
If resell, nett earning can be around 50k-100k even if no reno at all.

3. If resell, how fast can sell out usually?

4. If resell, usually where to find buyers?
advertise online eg. iproperty, mudah kinda websites?
x kan advertise at newspaper ba?
So expensive.

P.S.: I'm really asking to earn knowledge.
I'm not property agent anyway.
