Hey there experts, I wanna ask how to overclock my AMD Athlon x2 3600+ 1.9ghz to 2.2 or above?

Mobo: MSI K9N Neo V3
Processor: AMD Athlon x2 3600 1.9ghz
HDD: 160GB
Ram: 4.00GB (3.25 usable)
Graphic: NVIDIA Geforce 9500GT 512MB

Help please, I tried with BIOS before, and my whole computer can't open at all. So I reset BIOS by reattach CMOS on the motherboard. Thanks and hope to hear from you guys soon.
