Hi all,

regarding the threads topic.. main focus is about contract worker. i understand all of the t&c. its all about the bonus. does anyone in lowyat work or know bout the bonus? contract worker bonus. ive been digging around some said about 4month of bonus for 6month of employment. does ot apply to the contract worker? it felt very dissapointing for the ot.. only 10 per day for 2untill4 hours pe day. huh.. meanwhile the perm gets normal ot and special ot.. damn. can anyone answer me????

Choosing the right car

OK, my problem is to choose the right car for me. Price from 50k-60k I drive kancil 1994 first model and tired of getting it repaired so decided to get a new car. So i usha2 Neo, but Neo already no stock. Then i move on to Myvi. Extreme and Se. Lagi Power edition. Quite good i think but after reading thread from this forum, makes me think twice to get myvi extreme. ive consulted with my father and agreed to take extreme auto next week. Once again i got poison by lowyatians, some said get persona its 48k, some say flx, yada yada yada fly, turtle. . Anyone with Extreme auto or manual, please comment btw i dont like proton interior design plus the signal stick being lefty. LOL

heres some factor you might wanna tell me your opinion

1. Im a student travel 70km weekend
2. I have a Pc ( its travel with me weekend)
3. I dont know anything about car... eg advantages of auto/manual i dont know anything of it.!
4. I dont test drive any model yet but ive driven my sister 2nd gen myvi, 2words "BAD HANDLING"

Hye forumers.

So... i need your guys advice.. im 22, a student. by the way im malay.. haha. no need to be racist.. Hmm how to start eh.. Im kinda in a situation where i like a girl.. a simple and moderate girl.. shes a waiter at a warung near at a beach.. ive been skodeng, kacau2, talk with her about a year now.. haha kinda addicted to the warung. because of her ofcourse. Shes beautiful i tell you all.. but im just a normal ugly skinny guy.. wearing a spectacle. probably a noob and nerd. So we all can say la.. shes good to everyone (shes a waiter) and kinda, well 50-50 with me.. oneday with smile oneday with angry.. yeah yeah i know shes a waiter.. but that what makes me feel.. "shes a complexing and intriguing". i like to skodeng her.. not her body..haha. im not a pervert. her whole self, the attitude, the smile, the way she work. so yesterday.. i give her my formal request to be her friend. She said okay.. Makes me happy.. LOL.. then, me with my friend lepak2 at night at the same warung.. suddenly one of my friend go to the toilet at the back of the warung and start to talk with her.. giving me her number. without telling me.. Happy yet shocked. so i waited for 4 hours to get her texting my number.. and then............ got one msg.. "hi "me", this is "the girl"" yeah kinda happy

but the real situation... due to my broken heart for about 4 years.. i was afraid of girl. seriously.. i cant get in study group with girls, i cant talk with girls, i cant eat with girls.. basically i cant do even a thing when theres a girl.. scary right? maybe im afraid being dump.. or im just a #foreveralone type guy. This morning.. i wake up and text her. HI. but she doesnt reply me. i was like.. "hmm should i call her? or should i keep texting her or should i just let it be like that".. you see.. im afraid for something i havent done yet. im afraid when i text her too much she will ignoring me. im boring rite.. hahaha..

So hear me, pros and scorer.. please give me advice to have her by my side as my soulmate. i have pasang niat to marry her if i have a chance.. paling laju 3 tahun la. bcoz im a student.. after grad work for 5month and then kawin.. haha.. thats my story and i really need your guys advice on how to walk in the path of flirting and love.. hahha...

So, i just want to ask you guys about the i5 system actually. Can my previous system be implemented into the new i5 system. Actually i dont know whether it is necessary to upgrade my old system.

Hye., i have a problem with my rig...system or whatever

last 2 month ive bought ati sapphire 5850toxic 1gb , acer v193hq 18.5inch, seasonic 750w..

my current system is

g31 gigabyte mobo
core 2 duo e7500 2.93ghz
4gb hyperx 800mhz
1t wd hdd

my problem is, when im playing games, ive encountered stuttering and screen tearing. Sangkut2 pun ad
so....
the problem is, i cannot identify which were the problem
some says, the Graphic card only good with 1600x900 something like that, but my lcd support only 1366x768.... this is the first problem posible
second, my g31 mobo...its a normal, cheap, stupid mobo i bought..... maybe the motherboard is limiting my other hardware...

So the story is, everytime im playing games, stuttering, lagg, low fps... something like limiting my rig capabilities.

so, please help guys...:[
