Ayam accidentally hit another car tonight

So, ayam hit a car tonight. It was a narrow road with 1 side parking. Left side is shoplot and right side is "side parking". So this itik car stopped on the shop side which is actually a motorcycle parking with his girl waiting inside the car. So ayam's car tyre hit itik's front bumper and the bumper got off position a bit and very few scratches. After fixing bumper back into position but litttle bit loose maybe due to broken clips. So,now itik want to claim a new bumper but ayam feel not satisfied since it just need very minor touch up. Itik reason was because its a very new car. So what should I do, report police or what? Thanks gais.
