Hi all Sifus,

Say Mr. A bought a house from Developer and the legal fees borne by the Developer.
When comes to SNP signing, is it the same as those subsales SNP? Means Mr. A vets thru the SNP and request Developer lawyer to change some of the terms not favourable to the buyer, etc.

Or Mr. A will not be allowed to change at all?

if my salary only allow me to take a loan of RM200K for example, BUT my savings got RM100K. Will the bank allow me to take up a bigger amount of loan, say 400K?

If the electrical engineer reports that there is a possibility that high-tension electric power lines may be built near the property you intend to purchase – however remote that possibility may be – give it a miss and move on to other development projects. Your family’s health and safety should be above all other considerations.

Can anyone please enlighten me what are the procedures to sell my car? It's a used car and I'm the second owner. I have finished the loan repayment btw.
How do i perform the change of ownership etc?

On top of that, I plan to get a new car in early 2014, will I still enjoy my NCD -55% by then? (if I sold my current car by now).
