The onboard fan controller is faulty. I sent to armand666 last year (26th Nov 2020) for repair and he added a 3-pin fan cable to the card and the cable has to be connected to one of your motherboard fan header for the GPU fan to run. It's been exactly 1 year since the repair and the GPU is still running strong based on the screenshot below.

Picked it up from some bulletin board somewhere. I can't really remember. I don't know if this one is a repost or not so I'll just paste it here.

A teacher asks her class, "If there are
