Mass Comm- for brother

Hi guys, it has been a while since i posted here.

I'm asking on behalf of my brother. He is keen in Mass comm especially broadcasting.

Currently waiting for his spm result.

In the mean time, he wants to go to Lim Kok Wing to do his foundation.

So we asked few people around. most of them say its a good choice while the rest is saying is way too expansive etc.

I think its rather good to post here ask you guys what you guys think and if there are suggestions or whatsoever, do share.

If there is anyone who is currently doing mass comm, can you share about your experience with regard to uni environment/ lecturers/ students/ accomodation/ fees etc.

I'm a novice in this. Just started lifting few months ago.

Some stats:

Age: 18
Weight: 54kg
Height: 165cm

Current goals:

- continuous lean bulking
- continously get stronger all around, make improvements to the big three (squat, deadlift, and bench)
- keep getting bigger

Current training: Mark Rippetoe's "Starting Strength"

Current supplements: <NONE>

Diet:
Morning
1 bowl of oats
4 toasted wholemeal breads + peanut butter
1 large glass of milk

Afternoon
Eat home cooked food (large quantity) (usually rice+chicken/fish+veges)
1 whole egg + 3 egg whites

Evening
2 toasted wholemeal breads + peanut butter
2 bananas

Post-workout
1 large glass of milk + oats
2 bananas
Eat home cooked food (again second time)

Night before sleep
Oats
1 cup of milk

Retired teacher Anne Ooi knew that by joining the Bersih 2.0 rally on July 9 involved risking arrest but somehow, despite encountering the police numerous times on that day, she was let off.

Ooi, better known to netizens as 'Auntie Bersih', was at the very heart of the protest and passed through four police checkpoints before entering Kuala Lumpur, dressed in bright yellow, which is Bersih 2.0's official colour.

Looking back, the scrawny 65-year-old said she felt somewhat “insulted” that she had been treated to no more than mere police advice to stay away from the rally, while almost 1,700 others were arrested.

"That day, I was prepared to be arrested, but these people (police) looked at me as if I was too old. When I went home, I told my daughter, it's very insulting you know, they don't want to arrest me,” she quipped in an interview with Malaysiakini...

I dunno which reference no to use, since there are two. The one which says RUJ Kami or the long serial number beside my IC to fill in the "Reference No." in the form itself.
