Fake sandisk sd cards?

they say they need to check the sd card for faulty and took 2 weeks for paperwork before replacement. easy diagnostic stuff also need to take so long.

i apparently bought one 16gb and one 32gb of class 10 sd cards (sandisk) from groupon, which they claimed to be genuine.
after i run the test using H2testw, the 16gb card give reasonable speed, BUT NOT for the case of 32gb as it gives me HALF of the promised speed!
Is this the manufacture faulty or the usual speed for sandisk class 10 32gb card?

just wanna know did anybody staying at this condo successfully installed this maxis home fibre internet. i have been waiting since end of may but still can't resolved.
Reasons they gave:

1.server cant be activated.
2.port full.
3.when port available, they say infrastructure not ready.
