TP-Link UE300 Network Adapter

I purchased this device (USB 3.0 to Gigabit Ethernet Network Adapter UE300) for replacement of faulty network port on Windows 10 PC (HP Compaq dc7800 SFF, USB 2.0). Can use the device normally but after restart or after computer start up each day, it cannot detect the device where I have to unplug and re-plug to make it work. Already install driver from tp-link website and don't have this issue on other newer PCs. Any idea on how to make it plug and forget?

Recently bought an ipong and migrated from samsung but then i realise theres no app like inssider or similar. Tried apple airport utility but its not helping much. One thing i miss from previous phone is where i can see current wifi data rate (86, 72, 65mbps...). Anyone know any wifi tools from ios app store?

Want to ask all the expert, I'm proposing a budget for vm server for my workplace but i've no experience with this. not sure which rack-mount server to choose.

1. Is xeon e3 enough, will it under-performed or should i opt for xeon e5 but is it overkill?
2. which perform better, local storage or external/san storage?

the vm will consist of 2 sql servers, 1 web server, 1 acronis backup server & 8 pc for cctv/access door system.
