Need help to install wall cabinet

I bought some wall cabinets from ikea, and ordered for assembly services since I am not familiar with mounting work.
But when I was paying for the assembly and delivery charges, the staffs never explained properly that mounting work was a separate job than assembly and there were extra charges to do that. So the delivery men only came to assemble the shelves and leave them on the floor, as the extra charges "should" be paid upfront, there is no turning back once it came out from Ikea.

I tried to mount it by my self but I am inexperienced and I don't have enough tools such as ladders to support the shelves when mounting.

Therefore, I am trying to ask for help from contractor to fix it properly. Can I get some good contacts here who does small renovation projects like this?

Problem:
1. Seller requested me to send the item back to them, then only they will re-ship the correct item to me. The whole process takes 1-2weeks waiting time which I am not supposed to spend.
2. Seller did not agree to bear the return shipping cost.
3. Waste all my time to wait and communicate, yet my Ipad2 is left naked.

Windscreen sratches

Got a used Getz and found that the windscreen is scratched most probably due to the carelessness of the previous owner, i think she didn't change the wiper, or clean the wiper ever, so the wiper leaves alot of scratch mark on the windscreen, and it's disturbing the vision in the rain, and the lights..

heard that there is glass scratch remover, does it help in this situation?

I am in dilemma I am working in a small cina apek company now, and recently I got an offer from an MNC which offers high bonus. My boss counter offers higher pay (but this company does not pay bonus)
overall, with the promising bonus, the MNC wins in terms of pay a little.

Dear all, I am looking hi and low for an affordable laptop, and found that dell laptops fit nicely to my budget and requirements, around RM2000-RM2400.

My only concern is that I am not comfortable to pay for Window Vista and I will reformat the laptop to Windows XP or Linux.

I am not familiar laptop hardware and Windows Vista, will there be any problem if I do so.
I always see "Vista Compatible" label on laptops, what makes a laptop exclusively "vista compatible"?

As described in the title, my myvi steering shakes when I brake, at the speed of 60-90. Some tire shop told me that's due to misaligned brake disc. Any more opinions?
