Proton brake disc

My waifu bought diz proton gen2 cps around december ago. And juz today she found out there is rust on the majority part of the brake disc.

I know that the brake disc will get rusty only one condition if it was left for a long duration of time without driving. But she everyday drive to work, and during wikends my turn to enjoy the car. hehe.

So from my understanding of braking mechanism, during braking the rust leftover on the must be worn off due to friction force between brake pad and brake disc.

So as we see here in the picture the shiny part is uneven where only one line is shiny and the rest is rusted.

But as i noob in car thing, does it normal for this to happen?

as a side note, we always find the brake like tak cukup makan, but the blardy mechanic at SC told us that it is normal bcoz of ABS thing. Does fellow proton driver also feel that your brake is different from other car brand?

Student can get new car loan?

as per title above, I am still a student, but want to buy meself new proton savvy MT to ship me around. So is it possible for me to get loan without any downpayment? monthly payment less den RM400 for 9years, so im sure I can manage that, bcoz receive scholarship every month.

2nd question about the car itself, i think savvy will soon be phased out bcoz of the silly discount RM8888, so do you guyz think that it is wise to buy such car? Is it easy to buy spare parts for that car even after 9yrs or so? actually I have made up my mind to buy that car, but just asking opinion around, if there is better choice den savvy. and yeah, I chose it mainly becoz its price after discount which is RM31k.

btw dont want to be rude, but I appreciate if you guyz dont ask me to buy 2nd hand car bcoz I am not too good in negotiating and have a hard luck with used item. And quote like "student use motor", yeah yeah I know student use motor, but in 6months perhaps I am going to start work, and currently the university throw me to other place, which dont have much public transportation, thus the need of a car.
