Guys I want to ask what is the best casing for iTouch4? cos Im using the polymer made and it's kind of isolating the heat. I'm scared it damaged my iTouch. Is there any casing which can deliver the heat outside?

Guys I just bought iPod touch 4 days ago. I want to register it so that the warranty will be activated. But they asked me to create apple iD which is required to put card number which i dont have.

How to register without putting card number? thx
