Zest Condo @ BK 9 or The Z residence BJ- Question

As per title
I changed it to another question 😅

Anyway
Am considering these two condo

I prefer Zest @ bk9 as the surround so much comfortable with less dense and easy access
But the cons will be older outlook and facilities

But I do also like Z RESIDENCE, due to newer and modern facilities and condo outlook nicer.
But the cons will be too dense, nearby too pack and higher price.

FYI, the price for Z I got 1235sqf @570k, facing Kl and highway
And Zest 1196sqf @495k facing whole bukit jalil and partial Kl

Any idea?
Super dilemma lol.

In investment point of view, maybe Z bukit jalil better option?

Hey guys, currently i got a new camera body for vlogging and i like photography very much
Problem is, do you think for Newzealand trip , is it sufficient with 10-18mm lens?
or i should take another backup camera/lens for the trip?

or any lens pouch actually easily for us to change the lens?
cuz i have 10-18 and also sigma 17-50.
jst not sure is it more than enuf with the 10-18. hmmmm
if yes i can leave it in malaysia. haha
