Guys, my car could not be started.. battery level is still good.. i think should be the starter problem?

do i get a mechanic to do? how much is it cost if the car starter rosak? or the wiring problem?

another thing is im saved all my sms in my memory card .. since im changing to a new memory card , can i transfer those sms to the new 1 ?
Besides that , does anyone have software for 3230 to view chinese words?

hey guys.. i have a problem here.. when im watching a drama using real player.. 1 side of the speaker i hear them talking in korean , another side in mandarin.. how 2 set if i wanna hear korean or mandarin only ? i juz cant find the solution to it.. thx in advance..
