due to Im going oversea fro studies and my mom isnt a familiar computer user.
is it possible for me to use my laptop oversea to control my desktop at Malaysia?

it's ok to require permission those thing as long as it is easy for my mom to press confirm

im craving for a webcam for my desktop.
but im worried of buying overpriced webcam or lack of quality webcam.
so any suggestion for webcam?
usage: oversea skype video calling.

my budget is around 1.5k - 2.5k
due to im going to be an undergraduate student,so the main usage will just be some light gaming,surfing internet,skype,music & movie.
btw,im moving to Hong Kong in this coming september,so i hope my laptop would have international warranty & less troublesome because im going to stay there for 3 years.
and also,a slightly clear webcam because i think i will be doing video call mostly
