Hi everyone, i am planning on buying my first house, done some reading but i am still blur on the loan part. I wanna ask,

1) when bank process the loan, they only look at your basic salary or together with allowance？ because my salary is around 2.9k but i have constant allowance Rm500 per month, meanwhile i have a car loan around rm700, if bank included the constant allowance into consideration, then i will have more margin for the loan, there is a very nice apartment with move in condition, around 220k.

2) how about My First Home Scheme? Does anyone actually succeed to get this loan? because if i am able to get this, then i can save the down payment and use it for first year installment, then my burden will be not so heavy until i get promotion next year. if eligible for 100% loan, can i still redraw from my KSWP?

3) for My First Home Scheme, owner are required to stay inside the property, how about after few years later, i am moving to another place, can i rent it out or sold it off?
