Dear Sifu,

Want to ask you...my house is within the MPSJ...and is house no 4...

so a bit pantang...

i heard can change the house number to ie 2A, etc...

possible?

If yes, what is:

a) The procedure.

b) the charges

c) How long is the process and become effective?

d) will there be any consequences ? ie property hard to sell later? Lost of letter? cause you know malaysia government database is sucky!!!

I read thru the CIMB Call warrant prospectus, it stated that if the call warrant is in the money during expiry date, they will be refund of money less EXERCISE EXPENSES....

Do you guys have any idea how much is the EXERCISE EXPENSES?? try to look everywhere couldnt find any info...

Hi all,

When i change my phone typing to landscape...

i have problem with my key pad

if i touch on No "1" the msg came out as "2"

and i touch No "2" the msg came out as "1"...........i think is being program wrongly.......how to change?

i know its weird right!!!!

how to solve this ah?? if possible dun wan send back to factory.....wanna try change it my self if can...

Arbitrage Opportunity in KLSE

Hi.. thought of starting this topic here to create a discussion of arbitrage opportunity in KLSE especially in M&A activities...

1) LHH

a) LHH is pending privatization via the assets & liabilities sales route. The expected cash distribution is RM1.75 per shares.

b) Latest trading price at RM1.60. Hence, purchase of 1000 unit will net a return of 6.06% (net of broker fees, etc) upon completion of exercise.

c) Fall back - Such process might take a year or reject by minority shareholder.

2) Phamarniaga

a) MGO at 5.75 upon completion of purchase by Boustead

b) Current trading price at RM5.40. Return @ 5.55%. Would advise to enter at RM5.30 - 5.35 to enhance return.

c) Possibly completion by 1st half.

3) EPIC

a) AZRB sales of EPIC shares to Terrenganu government at >RM3 per shares.

b) Trigger of MGO as total shares holding by terrenganu government exceed 33% level.

c) Return of > 30% if buy at current level @ RM2.23.

d) Fall back - Waiver of MGO granted by Bursa. Timing of completion unsure. However, AZRB has obtained approval of its shareholders to sell its
EPIC shares.

4) MTD CAP

a) GO at RM11. The owner collectively owned 98% of total issues shares and tender had been closed.

b) Possible entry at RM10.30. Hence, return at 6%.

c) There is a section in GO that allows the minority shareholders by giving notice to force the owner to compulsory acquire his / her shares if
owner collectively owned > 95% after the closing of the GO's offer. However, i have not tried this method before. not sure whether it will works
or not.
